Four Seasons Madrid Review
I’m just back from an unforgettable stay at Four Seasons Madrid - an absolute gem with a prime location, world-class amenities, and exceptional service.
Four Seasons Madrid has an unbeatable location right in the heart of Madrid (the capital of Spain), making it an ideal spot for exploring the city's main attractions. All the major sights are within an easy 20-minute walk, including the iconic Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Gran Vía, and the Mercado de San Miguel (my personal favorite!)
The building itself is stunning and a historical landmark. Having once served as a bank and insurance company, Four Seasons has transformed it into a gorgeous space that seamlessly blends history with modern luxury. I love how the hotel’s impressive art collection complements the city’s reputation as a destination for art lovers. My favorite is the KAWS sculpture in the lobby.
Four Seasons Madrid's entry-level rooms are the largest in the city. With a range of 14 room and suite categories to choose from, the hotel has a boutique-like experience where each room is unique and no 2 rooms or suites are alike. I loved the bi-level One-Bedroom Suites.
The five-star spa and wellness center at FS Madrid stretches across four floors, making it the largest in all of Spain. It’s an urban oasis complete with an indoor heated swimming pool and an outdoor pool terrace with stunning city views.
FS Madrid has fantastic dining options. El Patio lobby bar is great for tapas and cocktails. ISA is a fusion of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine and crafted cocktails. Dani Brasserie is led by Michelin-starred chef Dani Garcia, is an unforgettable dining experience with stunning city vistas from the rooftop terrace. The churros at breakfast (at Dani Brasserie) are not to be missed.
