1. Contact Kristen with your travel request. Please be sure to include preferred hotel and travel dates.

2. Kristen will send you room rates and property-specific benefits, and would be happy to answer any questions you have. Kristen Nix Travel does not charge fees for luxury hotel bookings.  

3. Complete the credit card authorization and client profile form. Kristen will then make your reservation and reach out to on-property contacts to share your travel details and preferences.  

4. Review your confirmation for accuracy, and let Kristen know if changes need to be made. Bon voyage... you're on your way!
